  • Conduct interviews with players, coaches, and stakeholders to support storytelling.
  • Pitch content to media outlets (TV, radio, print, digital, podcasts).
  • Serve as media contact and manage relations for major events and announcements.
  • Coordinate communications for national teams, competitions, and special projects.
  • Work with regional federations to amplify local stories and align messaging.
  • Monitor media coverage and analyse campaign performance.

Desired Skills and Experience

We’re looking for someone with:

  • 1+ years’ experience in media or communications, with proven ability to manage media relationships and deliver communications plans.
  • Strong understanding of traditional and digital media, with experience pitching stories and creating original editorial content.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, including conducting interviews and producing engaging content.
  • Skilled at managing multiple projects and stakeholders, meeting deadlines, and delivering accurate reporting.
  • Passion for sport (football an advantage) and commitment to inclusive, engaging communication and strong stakeholder relationships

Applications close on Friday 5th September.
