In this hands-on role, you’ll take ownership of monthly reporting, champion continuous improvement, and deliver insightful business support to our corporate services teams. Key Responsibilities
Monthly Management Accounts
Take charge of the full spectrum of monthly financial operations—from daily bank reconciliations and invoice processing to cash flow management and month-end reporting. Your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy will ensure our financial engine runs smoothly and efficiently.
Leadership & Coaching
Empower others by mentoring team members and sharing your financial expertise. You’ll play a key role in building capability across the organisation, developing training resources, and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Continuous Process Improvement
Lead the charge in refining and evolving our finance systems. You’ll drive innovation, streamline processes, and implement best practices that keep us agile and future-ready.
Financial Reporting
Deliver meaningful insights through accurate financial reporting and analysis. From monthly accounts to audit preparation, your work will support strategic decision-making and ensure transparency across the organisation.
Financial Obligations
Own our compliance responsibilities with confidence—preparing GST and FBT returns, managing statutory reporting, and aligning grant applications with funding requirements.
General
Support the wider finance function with a variety of operational tasks, including asset register maintenance, payment processing, and financial logistics for national and international events. Flexibility and initiative are key as you respond to evolving needs.

Qualifications
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar role with strong management accounting capability
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; working towards CA are welcome to apply
- Proven experience with Xero and Microsoft Excel
